Returns & Refunds policy

At GiftingBox Canada, we want you to love your purchase.

Due to the nature of our products (self-care, personal care, and consumable items), we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, we may require:
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging

Once approved, we will offer either:
- A replacement, or
- A full or partial refund

Incorrect Orders:

If you receive the wrong item, we will resolve the issue at no additional cost.

Cancellations:

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Personal care items
- Perishable goods (e.g. food items)
- Gift boxes once opened
